Purchase
instructions
Request a quote on a particular piece of equipment or
multiple pieces. Three or more pieces of major equipment
qualifies you for a PACKAGE DISCOUNT.
A purchase agreement
will be generated and sent to you for a signature after a
price is agreed upon.
A signed PURCHASE AGREEMENT must be received by Casstek
along with an initialed copy of the
retail terms sheet and the
service terms sheet. A Deposit may also be required to
initiate the process.
The total price on the PURCHASE AGREEMENT is the final, all
inclusive price for your equipment to be paid to Casstek
Equipment Sales. It may include additional taxes and fees
per the included Retail Terms and Conditions of Sale not
necessarily shown on the quotation.
Upon receipt of signed and initialed PURCHASE AGREEMENT,
Casstek will generate an INVOICE to the customer or leasing
agent depending on the financing method.
Upon receipt of the signed INVOICE, Casstek will generate a
purchase order to the manufacturer and a firm delivery date
will be obtained.
At time of delivery / training authorized Casstek agent will
present final paperwork for final payment.
